Dorota Brzezińska-Grabarczyk is an expert in the field of development projects. She heads the team of lawyers handling dispute resolution. She has extensive experience representing clients in judicial disputes involving construction projects, unfair competition, employment and corporate law. She provides corporate advice to some of the largest companies operating in the Łódź region, including support for management boards and shareholders.
She previously served as the director of the Łódź office of the former Privatization Ministry and headed the team of lawyers responsible for conducting due diligence and pre-privatization analysis of some of the largest Polish state enterprises for the London-based European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
