Karolina Kołakowska

I am an expert in individual and collective labor law as well as personal data protection. Since 2015, I have been the head of our labor law team offering services for large business entities – international production and trade companies, including those operating in the Lodz Special Economic Zone. I successfully coordinate the work of the team which provides legal services to companies employing more than 2500 employees. In the last 12 months, I have been involved in talks with trade unions in four international business entities. I have successfully participated in the negotiations that ended with the signing of collective agreements.

I am responsible for planning and implementation of HR management strategies, development and implementation of intra-company sources of law, policies, codes of good practice and procedures.

I provide advice on selected aspects of employee mergers, acquisitions, restructuring of business entities or collective redundancies.

I develop anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination policies as well as policies aimed at counteracting other negative psychosocial phenomena in the workplace.

I am a PhD student at the Department of European Economic Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź, an author of books and expert in the legal publishing house Wolters Kluwer Polska.

I am also a coach and trainer with many years of professional experience.
