Bio

I am a member of the dispute resolution team, with experience in providing legal services for projects in the field of civil law, company law, litigation and investment. I participate in providing services to corporate clients from the construction, production, trade and service sectors in relation to their daily operations, e.g. preparing and giving opinions on contracts, debt collection, as well as in preparing legal analyses in the field of civil law, company law and environmental protection law.

I focus on supporting clients in drafting, evaluating and performing construction contracts. I also have experience in advising on disputes arising from construction contracts, on the part of investors, general contractors and subcontractors.
